This week was about embodiment. Not the concept. The practice. This week, for me, they were the same thing
Five days. Eleventh year attending. Fourth year in service. And this one asked more of me than any of them.
This week’s piece is about embodiment — the theme we’ve been living all September — and why the California Tantra Festival is the most honest answer I know to the question of what it means to actually live the Healer archetype rather than just write about it.
I wrote this week’s Substack from inside the festival on Day Four, using a one-hour window of staff wifi with one more day of work still ahead of me. That’s what commitment looks like when it’s not convenient. That’s also what this month has been about.
This week’s piece covers what embodiment actually means, the Healer as container-holder, and what happens when there is nowhere else to be — plus a practice you can take into your own life this week.
